Muse On Fire!

My muse has been on fire!  As I'm working on one story, an idea pops into my head for another. I love it! I think this year is going to be one of the most productive years I've had. The last two years have been rough, so I'm pleased that things seems to be finally settling down.

New Goals!

Besides the books I am currently working on, I have decided to write a new short story every month. The folder of notes I found in my office has set my muse on fire!

Sidetracked

I have to admit that the Summer Olympics have captured much of my attention. I thought that the opening ceremony was one of the best ever. I thoroughly loved every minute of it. I only wish that it hadn't been interrupted by so many commercial breaks.

Stormy Weather

We've been having some crazy weather this year. On June 30th, a storm blew through and took my back fence with it. Thankfully there was no damage to the house. We were also fortunate not to lose power as so many in the city did. We've had two more violent storms since then, but were spared any damage.

Last year Hurricane Irene destroyed my basement, which included my old office. Fortunately I'd relocated my office upstairs, but still there was a lot of damage to the basement.

Now I'm hoping that we get a reprieve from the intense heat. I'm almost afraid to see what August will bring.

"Your jealousy is unbecoming, Michael," she countered. 

"A lot of changes are going to be made in the near future." 

"Just tell me where she is." 

"Okay, you can find her at Green Valley Estates. 

"You bastard, what did you do to her?" 

"Whatever happened she did to herself," he answered.
