Saturday's New Excerpt – More Love Unleashed – Sisters

When she was finished unpacking, Amanda sprawled across the large bed. "At least this bed is plenty big enough for the both of us until my stuff gets moved in."

Jill froze. She hadn't thought about the sleeping arrangements this weekend. Looking at Amanda, Jill's insides turned to jelly. Could she sleep in the same bed with Amanda and not reach for her in the night? What if in a lapse of sound judgment she let her emotions over power her rational thinking? Fear gripped her. Amanda was so tempting. It would take every ounce of will power not to make an unwelcome move on her in the night. She drew a long shaky breath. What the hell was wrong with her? She was usually in control of her emotions. And never had she been so suddenly attracted to another woman.

Saturday's New Excerpt – Love Unleashed – The Warden

"Have I done something wrong, Warden Barlow?" Kelsey asked in a small voice.

Jennifer smiled warmly at the young inmate hoping to put her at ease. She watched as Kelsey swallowed hard noticing her long beautiful neck. She felt the wetness between her legs as she imagined how it would feel to caresses that beautiful neck and kiss those full lips.

"No, not at all. Please have a seat. I summoned you to my office because I make it a rule to get to know all of the new inmates. I want to make sure you understand all of the rules and to answer any questions you may have."

Saturday's New Excerpt – Love Unleashed– A Touch

Ana looked at the long slender fingers on Kelsey's small delicate hand. She yearned to hold her hand to feel the softness of it against her cheek. She couldn't let Kelsey know her true feelings, how she dreaded leaving her bed each morning, how sometimes she wished never to awaken to another long day. The weekdays weren't so bad, but the weekends were almost unbearable. Could she tell her how often she cried herself to sleep? No, she couldn't tell her any of those things. "Do you always make assumptions of someone you barely know?" she asked hoarsely.

Saturday's New Excerpt – Best Friends

Callie watched the color drain from Katie's face and realized that Katie misread her silence as dislike. "No…no," she quickly whispered in a raspy voice. "It's okay." She placed a trembling hand on top of Katie's, staring into her sea-green eyes and losing herself in the wonder of everything that made Katie what she was. Now those eyes held the promise of something special.

"What do you want from me, Katie?"

Katie tenderly put her free arm around Callie's neck and drew her closer.

Callie felt Katie's fingertips tremble as their lips met again. This time neither one of them pulled away. She wanted to stay locked in Katie's embrace for the rest of her life.

Saturday's New Excerpt – The Other Side

"Your affairs tortured me, Michael," she continued. "I felt so violated."

"What about yours and Clare's?" he countered. "How can you twist things to make me out to be the villain in this marriage?"

"I wasn't screwing my staff!"

"You might as well have been."

"Then why didn't you leave, Michael?" She looked pointedly at him. "Why?"

He kept quiet.

"You didn't leave because the benefits were too good. You got to play the part of the doting husband and father, but most importantly you enjoyed all the prestige that went along with it, not to mention the money and other luxuries."

He let his breath out slowly. "What kind of woman would marry a man knowing that she only enjoyed being with women?"

Saturday's New Excerpt – The Silent Cry

J.C. looked up hoping to conceal the pain Samantha's words caused. "We used to be so close, Sam. It seems like it was years ago now." She swallowed hard. "I love you. That has never stopped for me. I don't know why you ended our relationship. I was so hurt when you never visited me in jail. I thought you didn't care. I couldn't take it when you said you didn't want to see me anymore. I don't care about anything anymore…especially now with Harry gone." A tear slid from her eye, making a slow descent down her cheek. "I don't know what happened that night; I wish to God I could remember, but I can't. When I came here that night I thought that maybe you would have missed me so much that you would want me back." She cleared her throat. "But I swear to you that I did not kill Harry. I know I was set up and I've been racking my brain trying to figure this out." She twisted her fingers through her hair. "I don't have any recollection of anything after I left here that night. At first, I thought I was losing my mind. I just wish I could remember," she sobbed.

Saturday's New Excerpt – Zinna

Zinna waited for Monica to release her hand, only she didn't. She should pull her own hand free, but something inside wouldn't allow her to. She imagined it was Megan holding her hand. It felt good to be touched again, touched by her Megan, Megan who shared the same feelings she did. It'd been so long since she'd felt the flesh of Megan this close to her own. Old familiar feelings stirred inside her. Those feelings and yearnings now seeped to the edge of her consciousness, engulfing her in the mysteries which lay ahead just as they did when they were sixteen and knew they had no control over their feelings for one another. Her mind unconditionally convinced her that it was Megan holding her hand and tears rolled down her face as the song ended. The ache in her chest engulfed her.
